Hello everyone,

Very recently we discovered an issue where changes in Presentations are not being saved after pressing save or publish. We are working on a fix for this issue now, and will update everyone here once this has been corrected.

Our apologies for any issues this may have caused.

Hello everyone,

This issue has been corrected. Please clear your cache before you make any modifications to your Presentations, and let us know if you continue to have any issues.

Once again, our apologies for the issue!

I'm still having issues with saving presentations. Event tried it in incognito mode in chrome (to avoid cache effect)

Martin,

Is the issue the same, where you try and save your Presentation, and it will not save successfully?

If this is the case, can I ask you to email a link to your Presentation to support@risevision.com so we can investigate?

Thanks!

Mike,

Can you make sure that you have cleared the cache on your Display, to make sure that you are running the latest updated version of our Editor?

If you do that and the issue continues, can I ask you to email a link to your Presentation to support@risevision.com so we can investigate?

Thanks!

I figured out what the problem was the proxy at our company is messing with it. If I use a different line that doesn't have a proxy works fine. Thanks
