I realize that the ChromeOS app is no longer supported, but have a quick question. We have been using RV at our school for the past few years. I have an Asus Chromebox hooked up to a TV in our hallway. Recently (I believe last month), I noticed that the font for our side scrolling message is displaying as the default values on the TV but looks correct on the web when previwing. It's set as Georgia, white color, 48px but looks to be black and 10px on the TV. Can anyone make suggestions on how to get this back to properly display? New font? CSS? All else with the RV Chrome app is working fine.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear of this trouble. While you are correct the ChromeOS app isn't supported, this could be part of a larger issue and I'd like to make sure we dont' have a bug in a widget somewhere. Could you contact support@risevision.com with a link to this conversation + the name of your company and name of the affected Presentation.

Cheers,
Mike Thomas

Are your Chromeboxes managed? I know sometimes when it goes to a new Chrome version thinks go wonky.

I was able to fix it. It was a change in our firewall during the last update.
