HI everybody,

We've discovered that there are some issues with Google OAuth that are preventing users from logging into https://apps.risevision.com and https://rva.risevision.com this morning.

We are investigating this issue now, and it is our top priority to get corrected. We will update this post with further information once we know more.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi everybody,

It looks like the issue that was preventing people from logging in has been corrected. Please let us know if you experience anything otherwise.

The issue had to do with Google OAuth not working as expected, which they report has been corrected, and they are investigating further to see if they can determine the cause and appropriate measures to ensure it does not occur again.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and if anyone has any further issues, please let us know.

Thanks!

Hi Robb,
Do you think it is the same error that is appearing me in Amazon Fire TV Stick?

Issue: Authorization Expired- the time to authorize the user has expired
App: My Rise

Thanks

I think the error we were having this morning was logging to risevision.com This is deff not what I was getting. Not sure if  they are related.
Wait, you can use a Fire TV stick? what else can you one sure other than Ubuntu, win7 and 10?

Alek,

I would agree with Israel, that the two likely aren't related, but a quick reboot of that Display should hopefully get rid of that error.

Any idea what caused it? Maybe something in the content, or a setting on the Display that requires domain or network authentication?

They may need to check there amazon account on the device. The fire stick needs an account to be able to work so its either that or the device needs a simple reboot. I would also check if there is any updates to the device as well just be sure everything is updated and working correctly.

The new update (Fire OS 5.0.5.1) causes deregister the Amazon Fire TV.
Solution: Register the Amazon Fire TV again and the issue disappears.

Thank all
