Issues logging in for users who use multiple Google Accounts

Over the weekend we were informed by some users that they were having issues logging into Rise Vision.

We discovered that when you are signed in with multiple accounts in Google, when you choose the account you want to use in Rise Vision, it will always use the first account in the list regardless of what you select.

We have an issue open for this that we are investigating now, but the solution at this time is to logout of all accounts, and log into the https://apps.risevision.com with the account you use for Rise Vision. Another option if you do not want to logout of all accounts, would be to use a Google Incognito window to log into Rise Vision.
