Can you try:

wget http://install-versions.risevision.com/rvplayer-installer.sh

Doing so by https does not work.

Actually, I did try http initially, I must have copied the incorrect screen output when I posted. I tried https to make sure I had my bases covered.

Here is the screen output from using http:

Hi Sterling Drug,

I just ran wget http://install-versions.risevision.com/rvplayer-installer.sh--2015-11-18 from a terminal on my Ubuntu 14.04 VM. The file downloaded as anticipated. Is it possible you have a software or hardware firewall block in place?

No software firewall in place, same hardware firewall that all of our other locations are using to route all internet traffic through (over 12 other locations). All of our internet traffic goes through 1 firewall at our Datacenter.
I am going to do some more digging on my end for this issue, maybe spinup another box for this location and swap it so I can really go through everything on it and will report my findings.

This issue started as this location being the only remote location that was not able to stream the content being presented so if you are able to install the player I am going to start looking at more of a localized issue, maybe a user that might have wandered into something they shouldn't have.

I was just going to double check something in the help documentation, but none of the links that I have in my documentation seem to be working, I am now on a different network than my displays are on.

Now the help documentation is available again.
Maybe I just have gremlins....
