One of our managed Chromeboxes are constantly showing RED in RV console, yet it is working fine. It is showing GREEN in Google console and I am able to capture screen image. Basically, this is how I know it is actually working there. Any ideas of what could be the reason for this behavior and how to fix it? I will try restarting it at the end of the day.

If its on wifi you will get that more often than none. I have several different types of boxes that are on a strong wifi connection and still after a period of time they fall in the red. I can even still send restarts and they will restart and show back green but after a while they will fall off again till the next restart time. My fix was to have them restart in the morning and check at that time if they do fall off or don't report green after restart then i check them.

Darius,

Are you running behind a firewall? What OS/Browser are you using to view the displays? What status does displays.risevision.com show?

Blake,

I am sorry, but I cannot give you any specific details about their network, firewall, and whatnot. To check player's status on my end I am using Chrome browser and 'displays.risevision.com' is also showing RED status.

Darius,

I believe this could be because of the firewall or proxy settings of the network. Could you make sure the firewall is abiding by the network requirements outlined here.
