Improvements to the new Rise Cache

Pulling back the curtain on billing
We recently announced the ability to manage your credit cards from your Store Account page: https://store.risevision.com/account Now, our Store team is working on some clarifications to any error messages you might be seeing while making updates so you know exactly what the error is. Our Store team is also updating the integration between the Store and our accounting software to better your invoicing experience. This means your billing contacts should receive auto-reminders so there’s less hassle on your end.
We don’t sell time anymore
Check out our blog post about why we don’t sell time anymore and how we’ve moved to using Scrum points. Our Creative team has been working on three projects this week: (1) a series of Presentations for a real estate agency advertising on golf courses, (2) a school looking to share photos and stories of their students, and (2) a few Presentations for a technology company using digital signage for corporate communication. As always, if you’re interested in custom content for your digital signage don’t hesitate to send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
More improvements coming soon

Online Displays are currently showing an inaccurate Yellow status in RVA. The cause of this is currently unknown, however we’ve identified this as a Server issue. We’re planning to investigate and estimate the complexity of a fix this week to ensure we fix this and catch any related affected functionality.
- The Viewer rewrite is still in progress, which will reduce the overhead that the application consumes, increase automated tests coverage, with the goal of achieving 99% Player reliability.
