Images disappearing / reappearing

New to the platform so I might be missing something simple. I have a simple presentation with 4 individual images running on a Cenique C410. I have just the 1 presentation on my schedule with 600 seconds duration. All the images on the presentation are set for 600 second duration.

My issue is, as the presentation sits there, 1 or 2 of the images will disappear and then 30-60 seconds later reappear. This can happen a few times within the same 600 seconds. It will happen at random times and happens on any of the images. I was originally hosting on my own server and switched to Rise storage and it still happened.

I've tried a wired and wireless connection to the player. Cleared the cache and rebooted the player.

Am I missing something simple or is something clitchy with the image widget? I thought the images were cached local to the player so not sure why it would need to "reload" them.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like maybe some duration settings are incorrect. Any chance you could share a link to a Presentation preview?

Robb helped me out and it seems to ended up being some large resolution images were being scaled down into smaller placeholders and for some reason it didn't like processing that. I reduced the resolution of the images to fit the placeholders and it appears to now be stable.

Ryan,

Any chance you can change the Schedule to just use the 1 Presentation instead of both of them? That would be a good place to start troubleshooting. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Presentation switching in the Schedule.

Schedule updated to just the single presentation and it just happened again.

I added my NUC to the schedule that you have currently and was not able to see the error. I had it running for 10 minutes since by the sounds of it, you are seeing the issue within the 10 minute timeframe?
