Hi Rex,

Can you confirm that you're on the latest version of Chrome?  Could you also let us know what operating system you're using?

Thanks.

It looks like when the upload was attempted, there were multiple accounts signed in the browser being used.

If you open an Incognito Window, and sign in using just the account used for Rise Vision, does the upload then work for you?

Thanks.

It worked this morning without having to use an Incognito Window.  And that is probably the cause since most of us use multiple accounts (business and personal) within Chrome.  We've had similar issues in the past, but I've noticed you have updated the code to now require one to authenticate before accessing Storage.  In the future, I'll have our folks that utilize Rise Vision to do so using an Incognito Window.

This just started happening with us as well. Brand new Chrome install (They were using FireFox before) and no actual error, just 'failed for' and that's it.

I see that is requests permission to upload the file and then it fails.

Ditto with the Issue, I'm on Chrome 38.0.2125.122 at Yosemite 10.10.1. Incognito mode did not work for me.

Having issues again this morning.  Unable to delete items or upload items.  I am signed in using an incognito Chrome browser.  It was initially working and then stopped.

I'm not seeing any problems myself when uploading files.  If you clear your browser's cache and try again, does that clear the issue for you?

Thanks.
