I used to be able to reboot the Cenque computers remotely, but now I can't. Why is this?

When did you first notice this issue? I will reach out to the Cenique USA folks and alert them to this thread to see if they are aware of the issue or have any input as to what the cause may be.

Yes, this was recently working as expected and upon testing we have found it is not currently working. Cenique and Rise Vision are working to resolve this and we will provide an update for you.
