Hi Jennifer,
Please check to make sure that the Presentations are not in a Revised state and instead they are set to Published. There may be further settings that you need to check if you still cannot see the content on your display. Can you please send through your Rise Vision Company name and we can take a look.

Thanks
Hannah

It is definitely saying it is published. My rise vision company name is utz quality foods with email of training@utzsnacks.com. We have 16 displays and this is a corporate presentation that I want to run on all 16 displays. I am using the classic editor and I have created the presentation and choose for it to run on all displays. It is not.

Thanks, looking at the Master presentation it’s currently embedding another three Presentations

Please note that we have had some discussions around the nature of embedded presentations (see https://community.risevision.com/rise...) and our recommendation is to move away from embedded presentations.

Looking at our presentation content, this should be possible.

For 'Corporate Slides', 'Hanover' and 'Gramercy Slides' rather than adding the images as individual Image Items in their own Presentations, in the Master Template presentation I would recommend:
1. Creating three new folders in Storage (Hanover, Gramercy, Corporate)
2. Adding the respective images into their own folders
3. Use the new Image Widget to link these images to their respective folders

That way rather than having three embedded Presentations which we don't recommend, the Presentation should have three Image Folder widgets and a Traffic Map Widget (since there is a Traffic Map Widget located in the Hanover slide).

Let me know if the above suits,

Hannah

Thank you but I still have a question. When I am using the classic editor and I right click to enter properties, I have placeholders there. Which one do I use to add the folders? I see that my three presentations are embedded in the Main placeholder but don't see an area to get into storage and add folders. I see that my other placeholders are widgets, borders, backgrounds, etc.

Thank you!

Hi Jennifer,

Regarding the folders you can log in to storage.risevision.com and have two options:

1. [Add Folder]
For this, select Add a Folder and upload the respective images in that folder.

2. [Upload] then [Upload Folder]
If all the images are located in one folder in your PC, you can upload via the Folder option

Once these folders are set, go to the Main placeholder then select Add > Content > Image Widget and choose the Folder option.

I would suggest testing with one folder (after deleting the other embedded presentations in that placeholder) to do a test run of the above.

Let me know how you go,
Hannah
