I need to be added as a User to an existing account

If the Company Account that you need to be added to has active Users within that account, you must contact them to add you. If the Google Account(s) that were used to manage your Company within Rise Vision are no longer available to you because the Google Account was deleted, an employee has left, or some other reason, please send an email from the Google Account that you want added, and preferably from the same domain as the existing User account(s), to support@risevision.com and include the following information:

  • The reason you can’t access your account and why you need to be added

  • A front and back copy of your photo identification (Driver's License, Passport ...)

  • Who the existing User(s) on the account are

  • Something unique about your account and content that no one else will know

It can take up to 3 business days for us to verify your information, and attempt to contact existing account users.
