Hi there ,

Do your videos work in Preview?
Could you forward me your Company ID and name of the presentation you are working on?

Thanks!

Hi Ashleigh, Yes the videos play in preview.   (its music changed to MP4's, but they do play in preview)

To add, when you are looking in preview, you can hear the music and see the player.  But on the display, you cant even see the player.  Hope that helps..

Hi  there,

Thank you!

It appears you are using Video Items. Could you switch over to using our Video Widget? This should solve the issue.

Ferris,

We apologize for the issues you are encountering.

I certainly do not want you to chase your tail over there, but could you try converting -one- of the videos into a .webm codec and try running it? See: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/community-thread-converting-video

When I only had 2 on there it worked, and since I added more it has stopped..   There has to be something that can play music that is not this hard.. :(

Ferris,

Unfortunately we do not provide an audio-only widget.

However, you can try embedding your audio file via our HTML widget.

Paste this code in between the tags within the configuration:

<audio autoplay="autoplay" controls="controls">
   <source src="music.ogg" />
  <source src="music.mp3" />
</audio>
