Hello Rise,
I ran into an today. I know I should be working with the new RV Editor, but to be honest I'm so busy from the Digital Signage perspective that I haven't yet taken the time to dive into the new Editor and begin conversion. Plus there are a few items that aren't yet working 100% on the new Rise Vision Widget end. After the error in Google, I was able to get the old Editor working again by adding [*.]rva.risevision.com to all exceptions in Google Chrome > Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Privacy > Content Settings.

I no longer have an issue bringing up the old editor, but wanted to begin discussion on this HTTPS error.

Thank you,
Joe Kirchner

Hi,
To confirm, are you getting an error accessing the https://rva.risevision.com url directly or from another source? I haven't had this come up..

Thanks!
Hannah

Hi Hannah,
The only error is in the Google Chrome web browser. Because of the permission error, many of the pages were either not loaded or having difficulty loading, I added rva to all my exceptions lists in Google Chrome and now I am able to use your Classic Editor without further issues.

I'm attaching what my browser is reporting. Let me know if you'd like any other Diagnostics.

Thanks Hannah,
Joe Kirchner

We weren't able to recreate this - the issue may be specific to your browser/machine in terms of policies.
If someone else is having this issue they may want to follow the steps that you've listed though!

Thanks
Hannah

Hi Hannah,
I signed out of Rise Vision and out of Google, then signed back into both. The error has gone away. I'm not sure what would have been the trigger. All's well.
I appreciate you looking into it.
Thank you,
Joe Kirchner
