HTML5 works in Player, not in Preview

I have a site that's being displayed using the Web Page Widget, all created in HTML5 with links to Flickr and YouTube. They all run fine in Chrome, but when I Preview, the Flickr elements are lost. Same with the Chrome Player, all gone.

Any help would be great, this has been a 2 month long development project for a 3 screen touch display at a major university, and it's going up on Monday!

If using the Web Page Widget, its possible that there are cross domain errors being encountered which are preventing the page from showing.  This page has more information about how to correct this situation.

You can verify this by opening up the Developer's Tools (press F12) and go to the Console tab.  If there are other messages indicating why the page isn't showing, can you let us know?

Thanks.

The developer's tools should have been open from the Display, while the Presentation was running, not the Rise Vision website.

When I try previewing the Presentations, I do see the content showing in the four areas of the web page.

I have some more info, and this got more interesting. The presentation is going out to (3) monitors setup in portrait mode, using an extended desktop in Win7 Pro. When I run the media player with 1 monitor, it's fine, all images show up. Add the 2nd monitor, all fine. Add the 3rd monitor (we're now at a full 3240x1920, and the images don't show up.

Should the Chrome Player be able to support that?

I've not tried the Chrome Player with more than two monitors - all of the computers only had 2 video outputs.

Were you able to get anything from the Developer's tools that may indicate what the problem is?

I went to launch the Rise Player and now it's not working, it launches directly to Chrome browser.

This normally happens when you view an HTTPS web page in a Placeholder and that web page has an invalid SSL certificate. The certificate can be expired, or self signed and generate the same message.

I would suggest reviewing the web pages used in your Presentation.

Thanks.
