I am using the HTML5 Video widget and select configure, then the Storage App Icon, it does not list my storage files but states Open in Storage App, I do and get to storage but I don't see a way of selecting the video.

We are aware of an issue regarding using Rise Storage with the HTML5 Video Widget and are currently investigating. We will update when we have more information.

I am having the same issue. And if I open Storage, I can only select folders. It doesn't not open the folder and allow me to select a file. If I select a file outside of a folder, then it just puts a checkmark next to the item and nothing happens.

When I use my home computer I have the same problem (but not with my office computer). Might be related to the version of Chrome browser?

I have got pass this problem by "double clicking" when at home and then it selects the file. But I'm also not able to use the scroll side bar in the browser at home either - I must highlight the first file then use the wheel of the mouse or keyboard arrow keys to move to the file I want to double click.

Hope that helps and works for you guys.

All,

We have deployed a new version of this player this morning. Please delete the current HTML 5 Video Widget from your presentations and add it again from the store, this will put you on the newer version which corrects numerous issues that we were seeing, including storage navigation.
