Talk to Sundaystream and see what they have to offer - it is their embed code. They are not the only one. Just a couple of weeks ago there was another person with identical issue using different service. Those services like to be used first-hand in a browser window and do not like to be uses in some sort of frame within another webpage (which presentation is).

YouTube does not mind to work within RV presentations.

When I click preview from the presentation editor it works perfectly. Could be that I am using the c610 Android media player. My android phone also does not auto play... But my PC does.

Jacob, few years ago I moved away from Android because they removed autoplay option for embedded videos.

I think that is the issue... recommend a media player for under $400?

Intel Compute Stick at least (for basic content, not recommended for videos) and even better Intel NUC (at least Pentium model). If NUC (bare bone), then u also gonna need 2.5in HDD or SSD (recommended) + RAM (4GB) + Win10 (get OEM from https://www.kinguin.net/category/19429/windows-10-professional-oem-key/. Basically I am building them for around $270-300 (Pentium model).
