If you have purchased a Cenique Android media player, you must use the Cenique Android Video Gadget to display videos.

To access this gadget from within a Placeholder, click 'Add' > click 'Content' > click on 'Cenique Android Video' > and click 'Add'. There is no cost for this gadget. Note, you must have V2.9 Rise Player on your media player to use the Cenique gadgets from the Rise Store. Unsure what version you have? Check in the Apps section of the Android settings or contact us at: support@cenique.com

To edit the gadget in the new Item window, click on 'Storage' if you've uploaded your video to Rise Storage. Within your storage folder click on the video name, and the URL field in the gadget is automatically updated. If your video is stored in another location, copy and paste the URL into the URL field.

We recommend selecting 'Play until Done' and leaving the 'Timeline' and 'Distribution fields as the defaults of 'Always' and 'All Displays'. 'Looping Enabled' can be selected if you only have one item in the Placeholder. For example if you have five videos in one Cenique Video Gadget, selecting 'Looping Enabled' will ensure after the 5th video plays there will be no delay in starting the 1st video playing. If you have multiple items in your placeholder do not select 'Looping Enabled' since it will only loop through those five videos and will not go to the next item in the list.
