how to add Arabic fonts Text widget

there is no Right to left language Font Selection in Text Widget editor, how I can add Font  
from my local Computer

https://fonts.google.com/?subset=arabic technically, these Google Fonts (this is what Rise Vision is using for fonts) support Arabic languages. Practically, I am not sure if Rise Vision's Widget supports Arabic.

You other option is to use HTML for that... both HTML or Text widgets support html code. This way you can include even your own fonts stored somewhere online. There are few ways to do that, so you gonna need to do your research, but here is easy one for starters: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_fonts.asp

I personally do not do this way. I am adding font links in the <header> and assign them to specific <div> thru CSS.

It is very easy to do with Google Fonts because they provide you with all necessary html attributes.
