I'm trying to get my place holders to fill the entire screen but I'm not having any luck. Any advice would be helpful.

This is basics. Make presentation the same pixel size as the screen is. Thees need to match.

Shilah, you need to do this at the beginning, when you just start a new presentation. It gives you options to chose the size for your presentation under RESOLUTION settings (resolution of your presentation must match the resolution of your display panel). You can change it later, but it will not change the size of your placeholders inside of the presentation. Those will need to be changed separately under placeholder's PROPERTIES.

Can you tell what resolution is your presentation now and what resolution is the display panel?

The resolution for the presentation settings is 1080x1920.

And the display? By any chance is that 4K display?

What is the player? Is it Windows by any chance? If so... get it connected to a keyboard, then CTRL+SHIFT+Q. This will kill the Rise Vision Player. After what go to display settings and look there. Typically, Windows can read the display resolution and adjust to it. If the resolution reading is greater than 1080p (3840X2160 for 4K), simply change it to 1080X1920. This will scale everything to fit your display. After in searchbox (assuming this is Windows 10) type Rise, which will give you an option to start the Rise Vision player again.
