How can I add a simple border to my placeholders?

I have used a pre-designed template for a few years now, so I haven't had to worry about borders around the certain areas of the presentation in the past, I always have placed my content in the already existing borders within the template.  Wanting to change up our content, I created my own presentation this morning, but I haven't stumbled upon any settings that would add/change borders within the placeholders.  I feel like this is something simple that I am just overlooking....where is the option to add a simple black border within the placeholders?

Dan,

We haven't had any options to add borders built directly into the Presentation Editor, however I wonder if this recent forum post about adding curved corners and drop shadows to Placeholders may help you out.

Let us know if that helps!

Hi Dan,

Go to HTML view and try adding Border: Solid 4px #000; to the style="" part, that should work. Let me know how it goes.

Example:
<div  id="ph0" placeholder="true" style="width:1920px; Border: Solid 4px #000;height:1080px;left:0px;top:0px;z-index:0;position:absolute;"></div>

Thanks,
Shea

Thanks for the suggestions, both work.  I just have to tailor it to what I need.
