We use a program called HighSchool Cube to live stream our school's activities to the web.  I would like to show that stream on my display.  For example, last night I live streamed the girls basketball game.  However, people working the concession can't watch the game.  So, I would like to stream it to the TV in there using rise display.  Here is the link to the live stream:  http://www.highschoolcube.com/event/cmb-girls-basketball-v-gilbert-414266

If you can get it to play in an iFrame, then add the iFrame to the HTML area in your presentation.

I looked at the site for about 1 minute and it wanted me to login to play the video.   Unless you can get a player to play without logging in,  you might not be able to get this to work

Can you force the site to use the old web page layout?  When you use the link, it takes you to the new concept site.  The old site doesn't require authentication to view.  You can try using the Web Page Widget to show the stream.
