White & Black Screens after updating
Even though, all my presentations were published, this problem seems to have been solved by me going back in to one of the presentations, saving it (without change) and re-publishing. Is htere a way to republish a schedule? This action seems to have resolved the issue...for now.
Sean, it's hard to say why your display showed white or black when you updated your presentation, but when you Save/Publish a Presentation, or Save a Schedule, the player should refresh on your display - so it sounds like something happened when it refreshed. I would keep an eye on it and see if this is a common occurrence and if so, then try and troubleshoot at that point. Also, make sure you have a nightly reboot set up on the display.
