Help with blocked display - no display content has changed.

This display has been blocked and the block can last up to 3 hours. Click here for details on this error. 

The link goes to a 404 page.

I've used this display for months with no problems on Raspberry Pi, just switched to a window with the Chrome player Friday, and now it's constantly blocked. Can any one shed some light on this for me? Nothing has changed with the display content at all.

A switch to Windows w/Chrome App Player should not cause blocking. It's likely that you have a network connectivity issue, or possibly a piece of software on the Windows machine that is causing the block. You may also check out our network requirements here to ensure that everything is set up correctly on your end.

Blake, it keeps happening, can you check into the account to see what might be happening? It ran find during the day yesterday, then starting at 3 am it has been blocked including right now. There is no firewall on, no connection issues, no video content. Very light and simple content. Display: 2RJ5X9VQC88S

If you are certain it's not your hardware/network, I would begin by looking at the placeholders in your presentation. Are any of the gadgets/widgets set to an extremely low (0 seconds) display or refresh time?

Blake, I've been going back through my display, I see some content widgets have changed (like the weather and calendar), I am updating all the content to the latest widgets.

I had one block set to 0 display time (to disable it temporarily) - could that cause the problem?

Thanks Blake, we'll see what happens. I also changed to a schedule, so after hours, no content should be loaded, only a few simple messages and a clock.
