Hardware recommendation for use in an elevator?

Hi there,
We are looking for a hardware recommendation for an elevator (lift) solution.  I believe our requirements would be (but we are open to suggestions if we missed something) that the users not be able to control it (therefore, no touch screen), that it has WiFi (to do Rise Vision updates), that it can be securely mounted, that it has motion detection (so the screen turns off to save both screen and power when no one is in elevator), and that it is running a Rise Vision-compatible OS (not sure which the experts recommend?).  Any advice or pointing me in the right direction would be very much appreciated.  Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.  My email address is gary@cloudwifi.ca should you need to contact me.

Hi Gary,

Our preferred media player is this unit. We have been using it for the past year to great success. As far as a display with motion detection, I don't think we have done anything on that front. THe media player I linked will push 4k content, so if that's something that you are looking for it's another bonus.

Thanks Blake.  I was hoping to find an all-in-one solution if one exists.  If it doesn't, than your recommendation will be one I look further into.  But I can see I forgot to mention that in my original post - ideally I'd like the display to be between 14 and 17 inches.
