Hi Emilia,
This could be because the Google spreadsheet is not published to the web. Check out our article on setting up Google Spreadsheets at https://community.risevision.com/rise...
Hello,
Thanks a lot for your quick answer. The thing is this presentation was working on Friday without issues and didn't change anything on the spreed sheet or the presentation. I double check the spreed sheet and it's published and shared to view with anyone that has the link. This same issue had happen before on the same display. Funny thing is if you don't touch anything at all probably tomorrow will begin working again but want to know how to fix it when it happens. It looks bad to have sales with pictures but no descriptions or prices!

Emilia

Hust looking into the presentations now. The source of the issue may be due to the spreadsheets using one of the legacy content items. For example, in the Specials B1 Jimenez presentation, it's using what looks to be the Spreadsheet Gadget. Can you swap this with the newer Spreadsheet Widget? To swap, select Add > Content > look for and add the Spreadsheet Widget > then change the Settings to match what you had already set up with the Gadget. I would recommend doing this on the problem presentation/s and Display/s first to test.
Hi again,
Follow your instructions with one of the data from Specials A2 Jimenez  and it worked but I was not able to find options on the new widget like row padding and column padding. Where there are those options now?

Thanks a lot for all your help. Regards,

Emilia

Hi Emilia,
There is a setting to change the Row Padding under Table Format:

We currently don't have Column Padding, but you can create an illusion of padding by increasing the width and decreasing the font size since doing so will add some extra white space.

Let me know how you go with the above! But to confirm, the previous content item that the presentation was on is legacy/an older version.

Thanks. I will try that. These presentation had not been changed in a while. When were done, were the only options available. I will change those deprecated utilities for the new gadgets as soon as possible.

Emilia
