Making Google slides and Rise vision work well together. I am not 100% positive if I am posting this in the correct place but I hope it helps.

I have been having trouble getting google slideshows to look correct on my displays but this morning I found a solution! I put together a google doc with the step I took to accomplish this.

I know that there is this article on a similar topic but it still had the boarder issues. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1vCh9rudB-cPRGRXt8TNpNFv7pGr9saUgqY1Jn6GUUf8/edit?usp=sharing

Thanks for sending through! I wish that the &rm=minimal&slide=id.p is more obvious in the Google Slides UI without having to manually add the link in

Ben,

Thanks for sharing. I think your method is similar to what Darius uses.

I posted recently of a another method: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/using-google-slides-in-rv-the-quick-and-easy...

There's merits to both. My aim was to make it cleaner to use on displays with different resolutions and also to embed within a presentation (again, with displays of different resolutions). By using the web address of the presentation and adding it with the Web Page widget it's fully fluid.
