I was wondering if you can help me out.  I was having a issue when using Google Drive and I was wondering if you have come across a similar issue.

I have a customer that created a graphic as a jpeg and uploaded it to Google drive only to find out when it publishes the file it comes out pixelated. When he use the Rise Storage it comes out much perfect. So I had him email the file and I added it to my google drive and it came out perfect on one of my screens...any ideas why this would be happening?

On a bit of a different topic sometimes when I publish a file it gives me a white screen and I need to delete the presentation and re-add it to work. any ideas please.

It sounds like Google Drive reduced the size of the file when he uploaded it, which resulted in the pixelation.

Rise Storage doesn't modify the file in any way.

I'm not sure why it would different on your Google Drive compared to his, however.

Do you mean publishing a Rise Presentation, or is this something that happens in Google Drive?
