Google Docs no longer displaying correctly.

We have clients using many Google Docs within their presentations. None of them are displaying anymore. Only a blank white screen appears in the presentations now. Help please.

I'm going to need a little more information. Could you provide a link to preview one of the presentations in question?

What OS are these media players running on? What version of Player?

I believe they are running Windows 7

So, just so I'm understanding correctly, we will have to physically visit each site to update to this newer player?

Unless you have some sort of remote administration software installed, it will need to be done on site. I recommend you test this locally first.

I'm thinking this can't be the issue Blake. We do have one client that is still using their linked Google Docs successfully and they are using player version:

RisePlayer 2.0.035
Viewer Version: 1-06-038

Hey Blake. I don't think that's it either. When I copy and paste the embed code from the Google Doc into the playlist of the presentation of a client that Google Docs are still working, all we see is a blank white screen too. We are stumped and our client is frustrated. These were working up until two days ago. Any additional thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't been able to recreate this in our Rise Player for Chrome extension. Could you try updating a machine and testing on it?

Hi Blake. What a difference a day makes. I've just been notified that all issues have resolved themselves overnight. Not sure what was causing it, but all is well across the board now. Thanks very much for your help!

I'm glad to hear that. It sounds like there could have been a mis-configuration with the Google Docs themselves. Just curious, were there any changes made that you know of?
