My calendar is showing up fine on on preview but not on my displays that are running of Iadea XMP-350 players. The old gadget worked fine. Any ideas?

I know that we are seeing some issues with some older Android (version 4.2.2) running the Calendar Widget.

I couldn't find out any information regarding the Iadea XMP-350 to know what operating system its using.  If it is an older version, is there any available updates to it that you could apply?

Thanks.
It's actually the 3250.  I am going to update firmware and see if that makes a difference.
Updated firmware and no change.
I also tested the google spreadsheet widget. Same problem. Fine in preview but Iadea player not displaying the content. I have a email into Iadea tech support also.

Its an android 4.2.2 issue and is currently being investigated and worked on. Once there is a fix I'm sure everyone will be notified once its fixed.
The Iadea XMP-3250 is linux based, So I think we are looking at a separate issue.
I;m having the same issue with the google Calendar Widget displaying on a Centique display.  Same presentations works fine on my CPU digital signage display, but not showing on the new Centique display.

Cenique is using Android 4.2.2 on their Players. They have some additional information here.

Thanks.

We did deploy an update to the Calendar Widget.  Can you please clear your Display's cache and restart the Presentation so that the changes can take effect?

Thanks.

Do you happen to know what browser the -3250 is using?  I looked it up and it states its a SMIL+HTML5 player.
My Cenique player is now displaying the Google Calendar widget correctly.
I can't figure out what browser it uses. At this point we are looking at ditching the Iadea players and moving to a Chromebox solution for our two displays.

Is there a resolution to this issue? I am having the same exact problem using an Iadea XMP-3250 and only seeing the Google Calendar widget in preview and not on the display itself.

Vincent,

Iadea players are not supported by Rise Vision. If you would like to pursue a solution to the issue, you will need to contact Iadea directly.
