gmail address changed

I can no longer access my Rise Vision account. I had been signing in for several years with a hotmail address: ctdigitalsignage@hotmail.com  A few weeks ago when logging in I must have changed it to ctdigitalsignage@gmail.com. Now I can sign in with either email address but I can't see any of the displays, presentations, or schedules I have created in the past. It defaults to a new account page encouraging me to create a presentation, etc. Now I'm just sad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
