I am new to Rise Vision and I have a problem seeing my presentation on the screen. Presentation ID is 5a391456-0bcd-44ed-afab-6ef37761d9d3. I can see the preview is working fine, but when I publish it to the displays I can only see the background and no gadgets at all. I tried raspberry and also android. Both of them have only the background. I am using google spreadsheets (wich are public), vimeo gadget (I know it doesnt work on raspberry) and RSS feed.

Thanks in advance

Vimeo will not work on android due to it being flash and android doesnt support flash. On the google spreadsheet, there is a share button on the top right hand corner. Make sure its to everyone so that it will show up. The rss feed should show. As far as the background, make sure you set background inside the gear icon on the top left in the editor. If your background is in a placeholder it could be that its on top of everything and not allowing anything to show due to being on top, so its best to set background inside the gear so that it will eliminate having the placeholder for background.

The spreadsheet appears to be Private. Because of this, your Display doesn't have the rights to access it.  Setting it to Public, or to those with the link will correct this for you. You can verify this by opening an Incognito window and going to the URL used in the Spreadsheet Gadget.

The RSS feed doesn't validate.  You can verify this by going to sites such as this one to check your feeds.

Thanks.

I tried the incognito window and spreadsheet works fine (so it ́s public), just added a gif file and it ́s there but still no spreadsheet gadget. Also I have a playlist of images wich are public on dropbox and none of them are showing.
Is there a way of storing videos on the sd card so that its played by the android?

Videos (and all content for that matter) need to be available via HTTP in order for the Presentation to be able to play them.

Are the images in the Public folder?  The links for the images should point to the file itself, and not a page that has the image on it.  Also, in regards to Dropbox, please be aware that if they feel you're accessing the files too much, they reserve the right to lock out your Dropbox account.

When I try to access the spreadsheet, I get a reply stating I need permission.  To be certain, publishing the spreadsheet doesn't automatically grant viewing rights.

Thanks.
