Finding that that Rise vision freezes on a certain video, plays the audio in the background but just displays the first frame of the video. It then subsequently doesn't play any more videos. Player is Intel Compute Stick v2 with Windows 10. Can still close the application using ctrl-shift-Q. Have replicated this issue on a test device. Have tried re-encoding the video. Usually convert videos with HandBrake to H.264 and for all other videos seems to work fine. The video in question is in the schedule a number of times, and only freezes towards the end of the schedule.

Hi Jeff can you provide me the preview link to your presentation and the name of the video in question. I have a compute stick I can try running it on and see if I can replicate.

As of now I don't see the issue on my compute stick. To clarify you have this presentation/video in a schedule 10 or so times rotating with 10 or so other presentations. The presentation/video plays fine until you get to the end of the schedule correct?

If you play the video/presentation by itself in a schedule does it ever freeze?

Also I noticed that your presentations are setup with just 1 video per. You might consider setting all these videos in a rotation inside one presentation and see if that gets rid of your issue.

Hi Jake!

We typically recommend webM files. Any chance you could try exporting as a WebM in Handbrake and see if the issue still occurs?

Thanks!
