Is there a way to 'freeze' the placeholders after I set the layout? So when my presentation is done being designed, I can't accidentally move a placeholder?

There is not currently a freeze or lock placeholder feature.

Hi Julie,
I would recommend utilizing the HTML tab next to the Design tab. You'll see after the </head> tag and within the <body></body> tags, all of your named placeholders with their respective size and x&y axis location, this will allow you to quickly copy and paste those in to a temporary notepad file. By copying this data, you'll be freezing the "proper" information should content get moved around on you.

See Example:

<body style="width:1920px;height:1080px; margin: 0; overflow: hidden;background:;" > <div  id="upperleft" placeholder="true" style="width:900px;height:450px;left:40px;top:150px;z-index:0;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="lower1" placeholder="true" style="width:600px;height:450px;left:40px;top:620px;z-index:1;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="upperright" placeholder="true" style="width:900px;height:450px;left:980px;top:150px;z-index:2;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="logo" placeholder="true" style="width:300px;height:125px;left:40px;top:25px;z-index:3;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="ph0" placeholder="true" style="width:300px;height:125px;left:1550px;top:25px;z-index:4;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="ph1" placeholder="true" style="width:600px;height:450px;left:660px;top:620px;z-index:5;position:absolute;"></div>
<div  id="ph2" placeholder="true" style="width:600px;height:450px;left:1280px;top:620px;z-index:6;position:absolute;"></div>

Blake, to add to Julie's recommendation. Another nice functionality would be to auto-number the Placeholder drop down data so it's easier to distinguish the placeholder's order. Also the ability to move placeholders up and down from the Placeholder pop-up screen would be useful. Sometimes, I have so many placeholders working, it takes some trial and error to get the content placeholders properly ordered.

Thank you!

Thank you for the tip, Joe. I'll be doing this.
