Added Content > Google Spreadsheet and tried to select a Google Sheet from Drive (auth has been granted to access Drive). Selecting the Drive icon in the pop-up (to pick Google Sheet from Drive) opens a window that remains empty. Selecting Directory widgets works.

Chrome Mac/Version 43.0.2357.81 (64-bit)

Inspect shows a lot of errors including 404 for http://s3.amazonaws.com/widget-google-spreadsheet/0.1.0/dist/locales/translation_en-US.json

Phillippe,

Can you access sheets.google.com with the same account that you log into Rise Vision with? Please ensure that spreadsheets are available to that account.

Yes, and it is published to the web also.

I have a screencast: https://docs.google.com/a/advalvas.io/file/d/0B7JF8ofw7Mx0THlxdGNVdVZnUjA/edit?usp=drivesdk

Phillippe,

Thanks for the screencast, it's very helpful. It looks like you may have an extension or addon in Chrome blocking this feature. Can you try in incognito mode with all extensions and addons disabled?

Exactly the same thing in incognito window (no extensions active): windows pops open without FilePicker...

Phillippe,

I am unable to recreate this problem locally. It looks like you may have a firewall on your network blocking some required URLs. Please see the documentation here.

Just tried this on my Dell Chromebook, Version 42.0.2311.153 (64-bit) and that one worked fine; so it is not a network issue....

Phillipe,

It must be an issue related to that specific computer. I'm guessing you probably have a software firewall, or possibly an addon enabled in incognito that is blocking the dialog.

Chrome Canary with no Google account sync linked to Chrome worked fine; in Chrome if I create a user without sync of Google account data also works.
If I disable all extensions but link Chrome to my Google account to sync I get to see this screenshot (even in incognito)

Phillippe,

I am unable to replicate this in the most current version of Google Chrome, and we have not had this reported by any other users. This appears to be a setting on your installation of Google Chrome. You may want to contact Google's support department regarding this issue or warning message.
