I would like to know more details about Audit and Monitoring of active displays:
1) What operations allows log? and what information record?
Monitoring related
If I using rise store services.
2) The monitoring of active displays is carried out by the company Rise vision?
3) The customer have access to the monitoring platform?
4) The support service acts automatically in the event of a service outage?

My apologies Marcos, I answered your questions yesterday, and now they appear to have disappeared.

1) The only things that are logged are the Rise Player actions. This includes communication with the Rise Vision platform, any issues in accessing content, and any proxy or connectivity issues.
2) Rise Vision monitors Displays to confirm that they are online (running) or offline (not running, or not accessible via internet). They also monitor access to files in Storage and throttle access to any files that are being accessed too quickly or often.
3) At this time, users can view the status of the Display on their Displays page. They will know which files are being throttled in Rise Storage, as they will show in the user interface with an exclamation point next to them.
4) We do our best to notify all users in the community forum when there are any issues with Rise Vision, and monitor and report until the issue is corrected in that same conversation.
