Keep in mind that we recommend using Google Chrome to access Rise Vision. The instructions below are native to Google Chrome only, and similar processes will require different steps in all other browsers.

I try logging in and all I get is a blank screen?

Clear your cache (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en)

Disable 3rd party extensions (https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769?hl=en)

Check to see if you have third party cookies blocked in Chrome and if so, change the settings:

  • From Chrome in a browser tab, go to chrome://settings/ and scroll down to the bottom and click Show advanced settings...

  • Under Privacy, click the Content Settings button

  • Make sure that only the first option "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is selected and no other options.  

I’ve logged in and my presentations and displays aren’t there?
You have probably accidentally created a new account. Try logging in using an Incognito window to verify this.

  • To log in using an Incognito window, find the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of your browser and click on them.

  • From the drop down menu, select 'New Incognito Window'.  

  • Navigate to Rise Vision and login.

  • If you can now see all your presentations and displays in the incognito window it means you logged into Rise Vision with the wrong Google account.

  • Navigate back to the normal Chrome window and log out of your Google Account in Rise Vision and Gmail.

  • Then navigate back to Rise Vision and try logging in with the correct account.

  • If you still don’t see the correct information shoot us a message through the chat bubble on our website and we will help you out.

I want to add a user but it says the user already exists?
The user has accidentally already created an account. Can you please ask them to login to Rise Vision and delete their account. That will allow you to add them to the correct account.
