I setup 2 players in our office, connected them to presentations, had them running without issue. I then took them onsite, both at same location, plugged them in, connected to the internet via ethernet, DHCP. The Installing window appears, then a message saying it cannot connect shows up. I rebooted several times got the same message. I noticed that it was taking perhaps a minute or so to get connected to the internet and thought maybe Rise was timing out before that. At this point I set up static IP on them which sped up the internet connection part, but am still getting the error message. Any ideas on what may be causing the issue? Port 80 is open, and it is running on a Linux based NUC.
