I am getting the following Error on my display:

The IntelliSense seems have big trouble, please contact the supplier.

I have tried "Restart Player" and "Reboot Computer" and still having this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like an issue with your media player or Operating System. This error message is not something built into the Rise Player.
Blake, thanks for your response. We purchased the Media Player - C110 Android Dual Core Provided by Cenique via the Rise Vision store about 4 months ago. Do you know where I would go to get support for this Media Player?

Solution from Cenique: "This issue is commonly due to a slow network connection or issues with a firewall. We have corrected this in a new system app and can update your media player. Please provide the MAC ID or serial number of the media player. The MAC ID a 12-digit number like: 11:22:BB:77:FF:44, which is displayed on the Cenique home screen; or provide the serial number (e.g. SN12345US) or MAC ID, found on a tag on the Cenique Media Player. "

The root cause of this issue is due to a slow network connection or issues with a firewall. We have corrected this with a new version of an Android system app and can update your media player.

Please contact us at: support@cenique.com and provide the MAC ID or serial# of your Cenique media player and we will remotely update the app.
