Instead of the questionmark, there should be the danish character "ø". The problem is the same with "æ" and "å".
As far as I can see, is it only a problem with the newest player "RisePlayerElectron 2016.11.17.19.50"

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Aarhus! Do you have a link to an RSS feed that I could use to get this result?

Thanks!

Sorry, forgot to tell that the problem is with the "Web page widget".
It is a company ASP page shown in the widget. If i just use Chrome the result is perfect, but through the player not.
The problem isn't on another older player.

Are you aware of any public pages that show this that I could test with?

Aarhus,

Any chance you can try installing the Danish language pack on the Display to see if that corrects the issue?

Thanks!

Aarhus,

Can you email support@risevision.com with a link to the Presentation having this issue?

Thanks!

This a local page. Can not be seen from outside
The Danish language pack is installed
http://rva.risevision.com/#/PRESENTATION_MANAGE/id=ec1f4ead-6d3d-4c24-b0ec-9013b5971ff4?cid=00fde6bf...

But it is the player that has a problem.

The attached pictures are from two different computers running the same presentation.

One is running "RisePlayerElectron 2016.12.05.22.14" not working.
and the other "RisePlayer 2016.06.13.18.00"  working.

Aarhus,

I have a feeling this may be because the Rise Player Electron uses Chromium, while the Rise Player uses Chrome.

Any chance you can get me a page that works from the outside so I can verify this? Unfortunately I don't visit a lot of Danis webpages so I don't have one to test with :)

If you can get me that, I can certainly investigate this.

Thanks!

Unfortunately not. It is all Intranet pages not open to outside users.
I will see if I can find another way to show it to you.

Can I download an older player that is not "Rise Player Electron"?

Aarhus,

The Rise Player Electron is the only player we offer currently. All other versions have been deprecated.

Thanks!

To bad. But i found an older version on one of the other displays. It tells me it is "RisePlayer 2016.06.13.18.00". I installed it on the machine that had the problem, and this version works flawless with danish characters.
