This is what I tried with no success:

Several computers with win xp, 7, and 8.1

On corporate network (with firewall)

On local network (no firewall)

Cleared cache

Tried on numerous browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

Confirmed date/time and time zone is correct

Logged out of every logged in instance

Reloaded the OS on laptop

Hi Rodger,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue here. Can you provide me the name of the schedule you're trying to edit?

Rodger,

Can you also include the first section of the email address you're logging in with? No need for @domain.com, just the preceding name.

Rodger,

Very strange issue indeed. I was able to navigate through your account (presentations, schedules, etc.) without getting this error.

Rodger,

That account does not have sufficient user privileges attached to be able to modify Schedules. You will need to have an account administrator select Content Publisher and Content Editor on that account in order to make changes to Schedules.
