Emoji extension and Risevision player

I have an Asus Chromebox running the risvision app in kiosk mode. I installed an extension called Chromoji so I could display emoji characters on a web page. The extension works but is not enabled when I switch over to kiosk mode. I do see icons but they are not the ones from the extension. Is there any way to get this to work?

Hi Ben,

Have you tried setting the Extension to autostart similar to Rise Vision?

Thanks.

I did, but it chrome would not accept the ID for the extension. I'm guessing that extensions cannot be added to the list. Only applications can be autostarted.

I also tried running the player on a Windows box. I get square boxes where the emoji characters are supposed to be. So I guess the player app does not have access to the extension?

Thanks for the update.

I would say you're correct in that the app doesn't have access to the extension.
