Duplicate Display ID Error

Hello Everyone,

Some users have been reporting that they are getting Duplicate Display ID messages on top of their Presentations.

We were able to recreate this behaviour, and are getting it corrected now. I will update this conversation once this is corrected.

Hello everyone,

We have corrected the issue, so now Displays will not show that error message. If you currently have this message showing on your Display, you will have to restart the Rise Vision Player running on the Display.

If the Display is currently showing as offline; Rise Vision Player, or the device itself will have to be restarted manually. To stop Rise Player enter the key combination Ctrl+Shift+Q, and to restart it, select the Start Rise Vision Player shortcut from the Start Menu, or reboot the device.
