Displays randomly turn black.

 Only way to reset is to go to Schedules and click save on each schedule.  My users are starting to get very frustrated.  I was very hopeful rise vision could be our digital display answer, but not sure why they are randomly turning black.

What style of media players are you using? What content does your presentation contain?

presentation contains a small swf file.  

media player is an asus chrombox in kiosk mode using the rise vision chrome app.

Hi Brian,

Would you be able to send me a link to the actual presentation you are using (I did get your email but that is not what I was looking for).  To get me the link, you can open your presentation in Editor and then copy the URL from the address bar, or Preview the presentation and copy the URL from that.

Well Maybe that is my problem.  I am basically using that schedule to display the url on the display.  I don't have a presentation setup.  Just that url in a schedule then assigning the display to the schedule.

Oh i see, I didn't realize you were not using a presentation.  Can you try putting that URL in a Web Page widget in a presentation and see if that makes any difference?

Absolutely, I will do that and report back.  Probably tomorrow, seems to do it around mid day.  I have to proactively hit save on each schedule.  Typically last about a day.

What is the best way to add the widget to a presentation.  I can't seem to get that to work with the url I emailed you.  It just says RPC error at the bottom of the widget configuration.
