I setup a display with a schedule of 4 url's all urls hosted in the same network, however one of them in particular only displays a blank screen, here is the link to the preview:

http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=schedule&id=fde2206a-05d6-4b84-aec2-f9eea2e26024

Event in the URL above that URL just displays an empty screen, if I see the same URL in the chrome browser in my chromebox it renders properly.

Any idea? thank you!

Hi Jorge,
Looking at both the preview link and the Schedule for Harmony Display 3 it looks like it is linking to a set of URLs that I cannot access.  Are these links meant to be accessible outside your own network also?
Thanks
Hannah

Hi Jorge,

Can you access the scheduled URL in question through a web browser on the media player?

All URL's are accessible only on our internal network and they work fine when I access them through the web browser ( chrome ), within the media player ( chrome box ). The only difference that i see is that URL ( displaying the white screen ) has a jQuery plugin to simulate transitions ( http://unslider.com/ ), is that maybe a limitation?

Okay guys, seems like the issue was that URL was outputting the SAMEORIGIN header causing it to be inaccesible by the player ( seems like it uses iframes to display the content ), so I went ahead and override that header and it worked again, you can use developer tools in the preview url to catch those kind of issues, the error display in the developer tools was the following:

Refused to display 'http://pc1udtlhapp14.res.prod.global/screen' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.

Thanks for the help!
