Display registration screen not coming up, just a white screen?

I am experiencing issues during the display registration process. We are new to the rise vision product so I may be missing something easy here, and am hoping for your help. 

Chromeboxes behind 7 TV's. 
TV's are a mix of Visio models/sizes

We used the google chrome management console to put the Chromeboxes in a group once they are enrolled, and then assigned the rise player as a kiosk app. After rebooting the TV's the rise player app starts up, and then goes to a blank white screen with no popup box for the display ID to be entered into. 

After resetting/re-enrolling one of the devices a few times, it finally worked on one, but has not on the other 2 we were messing with yesterday. 

Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Can you make sure the Chromeboxes have been updated to the latest version of the Rise Chrome App?
