We had a Windows 7 Operating System and only 1 Display, we use the latest Google Chrome Browser and the latest Player of Rise Vision. From time to time it shows us this message, after a Reboot of the machine, it will work. Can you give me help, please.

Hi there,

The reason for this issue is that someone else is likely using that Display ID on a Display, or possibly in a Display Preview. This would be a preview URL where you use the Display ID instead of the Presentation ID, for example http://preview.risevision.com/?type=display&id=YOURDISPLAYID.

We don't recommend people use the Display ID Preview in this manner as it results in this issue you are seeing, and if it continues, my recommendation would be to create a new Display ID, and use that Display ID on your Display instead of the one that is giving you this message.

I hope that helps!
