Display ID Number Change

I am new.
Have a 24 display system to install next week. I set up a practice account in my name, went to through the  video, made a menu successfully loaded on a rise media player and display.. Then I set up an account for my customer did everything all over again but when I try to load the display it remains locked into the "practice ID:" I logged back in to my practice account and deleted the display but I cant get the controller to ask for the new display number..It is displaying a menu, but is over laid with a big warning screen stating that it cannot find the original practice ID files.

Im stuck can anyone help

Hi Terry,

Can you please remove and re-install the Rise Vision player software from your media player?  This should cause the media player to prompt you for the new display ID that you created in your customer's account.
