Display ID in use when previewing via browser

When I attempt to preview any presentation or template, I recieve an error "Display ID in use" using Chrome.

I can preview things fine if I use incognito mode.  How do I make it so I can preview displays in a chrome browser without incognito mode?

Hi Ben,

I can't say I'm seeing this issue locally. Could you provide the URL that you see when you preview a presentation?

I'm seeing it with any preview url - including ones that others post here in the forum.

For instance:

http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=2e25e831-3fb7-4249-a659-96f5e2fbd...

I assume it is a browser issue in chrome - But I find it odd that incognito will allow and regular viewing does not.

That is very strange. I'm not getting this error message when I preview the link you provided.

Are you on the latest version of Chrome?

i checked and am on  44.0.2403.15744.

However - I was finally able to test on another PC with the same (similar?) version displayed the preview fine.

Sounds like you may have an issue with your browser! You may try completely clearing the cache.

Yep - clearing a few days didn't solve this. Clearing since forever did the trick.
