Display continues to be blocked for 1 week ... Internet strength is excellent. Client IT person says no firewalls causing problems. Spoke with Cenique Support (running Cenique Media Player c410), and he says Rise is blocking the display. Got bounced over to Rise Support who
says they don't block displays.

Display returned online on Friday afternoon. I received no answers has to what is causing the problem. So, I tried the presentation until this morning. And the display played 1 slide and was blocked again.

My presentation has 1 placeholder playing MP4's and Screenfeed.

Can anyone help!!!

ratsgir,

Rise Support is correct, we don't enable blocking. Could you provide a screenshot or photo of where you are seeing that your display is blocked?

Thanks.

ratsgir,

Are you seeing any blocking on your actual display, or just in the management platform?

The display goes back and forth to the 1st presentation slide then back to the android configuration screen

ratsgir,

Rise Vision is not enforcing blocking at this time. This is not the cause of your issue.

It is possible that the content you have set up in your presentation exceeds the hardware limitations of your player. I would advise you to contact support@cenique.com and review your presentation and problem with them. If the presentation content is causing the player to crash and restart, repeatedly connecting to our server to fetch the presentation, it would be the root cause of the blocking.
